Ingredients

8 chicken pieces
1 cup mint leaf
1 cup cilantro , chopped
1 tablespoon green chili , chopped
1 teaspoon garlic , minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger , minced
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 cup chicken broth
Pahadi Kebab is a flavorful and popular dish from the Pahadi region of India. Instructions

1.In a blender, add mint leaves, cilantro, green chili, ginger, garlic, and 2 tbsp of water and blend until it becomes a paste.
2.In a mixing bowl, add chicken, the prepared paste, salt, black pepper, and garam masala, mix well and keep aside for at least 1 hour.
3.In a wok, heat oil over high heat, add cumin seeds and let it sizzle.
4.Add marinated chicken and cook until it's golden brown on all sides.
5.Add chicken broth, bring to boil and then reduce heat, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
6.Pierce a knife in the chicken to check if it's done.
