1 1/2 pounds skinless , boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups all-purpose flour

1 pound chorizo sausage , chopped
1 onion , chopped
4 cloves crushed garlic
2 cups chopped tomatoes
2 cups white rice
1 can minced clams
2 cups frozen green peas
1 pinch saffron
5 cups boiling chicken broth
1 pound small shrimp - peeled and deveined

Instructions
