1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch

3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 egg

Instructions

1.Soak noodles in hot water until soft, then drain and set aside.

5.Add broccoli and stir fry.
6.Add the noodles and stir fry.
7.Add water and oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, salt and black pepper.
8.Stir fry until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
9.Serve hot with additional soy sauce and chili flakes, if desired.
