Instructions

1.Soak the dried beef in enough water to cover it, changing the water every 2 hours for 24 hours.
2.Drain the beef and mince it with the pork.

4.Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls or cylinders.
5.Wrap each of the pieces in plastic wrap or banana leaves.
