2 teaspoons vegetable oil ( frying )
4 small red chilies , seeded chopped
3 ounces pork loin , cut into thin strips
1 teaspoon garlic , minced
1 1/2 1 1/2 ounces prosciutto or 1 1/2 ounces serrano ham , cut into thin strips
2 green onions , cut into 3 inch sticks
1/4 cup cabbage , cut into thin strips
1/4 1/4 cup portabella mushrooms or 1/4 cup porcini mushroom , sliced
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
