1 tablespoon black bean sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

4.Add eggs and 1/4 teaspoon salt to the center of the wok; stir just until set, about 1 minute. Stir in shrimp.
5.Whisk together remaining ingredients and add to the wok. Cook, stirring, until sauce thickens and boils, about 1 minute.
