Instructions

1.Wash and clean ox tongue in running water.
2.In a pressure cooker, put the tongue, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, onions, tomato, and salt. Cover with enough broth or water to cover the tongue.
3.Close the pressure cooker and cook over medium heat until the tongue is tender and easy to peel.
4.Remove the tongue from the water and let it cool down.
5.Peel the skin of the tongue and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
6.In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms until cooked. Add the soy sauce, bay leaf, peppercorn, and white wine.
7.Add the ox tongue to the pan and continue to stir for a few more minutes. Serve immediately while hot.
