1 - 1 1/2 lb papaya ( peeled , seeded and coarsely chopped )
1/4 cup fresh lime juice or 1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
2 cups sugar
1 cinnamon stick , 3 inches long
4 whole cloves
5 egg yolks

Instructions
