1 tablespoon clear honey

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).
2.Prepare a baking dish, by greasing it lightly with olive oil or cooking spray.
3.Mix together 1 tablespoon of honey and balsamic vinegar in a small, shallow dish. Set aside.
4.Mix together breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of honey and olive oil in another small shallow dish.
5.Coat each chicken breast in the honey and vinegar mixture, then press both sides firmly into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
6.Place the chicken breasts into your baking dish and bake in the oven for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Make sure to turn them over halfway through the cooking time. Serve hot.
