2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion , chopped
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic ( or to taste )
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
