4 lamb steaks

1 red pepper ( sliced in strips )
1 green pepper ( sliced in strips )
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons beef stock powder
1/2 cup water

Instructions

1.Take a large bowl and mix ginger, brown sugar, garlic salt, soya sauce, and sherry wine in it. Add lamb steaks to the bowl and marinate them in the mixture for at least an hour.
2.Take a large skillet and heat oil in it. Fry onions and peppers in the skillet for 5-7 minutes or until they become soft. Remove onions and peppers from the skillet and keep them aside.
3.Now add lamb steaks to the skillet and cook them for 5-7 minutes on each side or until they become golden brown.
4.Add a tablespoon of flour and beef stock powder to the skillet. Then add water and stir constantly to avoid any lumps. Let it cook for another 3-5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Return onions and peppers to the skillet. Heat everything together for a minute before serving.
