1 cup finely grated carrot
1/4 cup coarsely chopped salted peanuts
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

1.Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions.

3.Drain the cooked noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
