Ingredients

1 small head cauliflower
1 medium green pepper
1 lb steak , cut into paper-thin slices ( Tenderloin Tip or Round steak )
1 clove garlic , minced
1 medium onion , chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce ( imported if avail )
1 package frozen pea pods
2 cups water
1/4 cup cornstarch
4 teaspoons instant beef bouillon
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 cups rice , Hot Cooked
Oriental Beef and Pea Pods is an Asian-inspired dish comprising of stir-fried steak, pea pods, cauliflower, green peppers and onion in a savory soy sauce mixture. These ingredients are beautifully blended together to provide a rich texture and taste. Instructions

1.In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over high heat.
2.Add thinly sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, then remove the beef from the pan.
3.Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan, then add chopped onion and minced garlic. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
4.Add sliced green pepper and stir-fry for a couple of minutes until slightly tender.
5.Add the cauliflower florets and pea pods to the pan, then stir-fry for a few more minutes until slightly browned.
6.In a separate bowl, mix together cornstarch, soy sauce, beef bouillon, and sugar with 2 cups of water. Then add the mixture to the pan and stir until thickened.
7.Add the browned beef back into the pan and stir-fry for a couple more minutes until heated through.
8.Serve the Oriental Beef and Pea Pods over hot cooked rice.
