Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

10.Add the orange juice and diced orange sections to the skillet. Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
11.Serve the beef medallions with the orange and pepper sauce on top.
