12 ounces chorizo sausage , casings removed
1 basic pizza crust
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons olive oil

1 large poblano chiles or 1 large anaheim chili , seeded , coarsely chopped ( 2/3 cup )
Orange Marmalade-Chorizo Pizza is a unique and flavorful twist on classic pizza. The sweet and tangy orange marmalade pairs perfectly with the spicy chorizo and poblano or Anaheim chili, while the bacon adds a smoky and salty note. This pizza is perfect for adventurous eaters who enjoy bold, complex flavors. It's easy to customize by swapping out the toppings or adjusting the spice level to your preferences. Serve it with a simple green salad or a side of garlic bread for a satisfying and delicious meal.

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
2.Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until crisp. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bacon to a paper-towel-lined plate, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
3.Add the chorizo to the skillet and cook, breaking up any clumps with a spoon, for about 5 minutes, until browned and crumbly. Transfer the chorizo to a separate paper-towel-lined plate, again leaving the grease in the skillet.
4.Spread the pizza crust with orange marmalade, then brush it with olive oil. Sprinkle the parsley evenly over the top.
5.Arrange the chopped dates, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and chopped poblano or Anaheim chili on top of the pizza, then add the bacon and chorizo.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing with a sharp knife and serving.
