Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a 12-hole muffin tin or line with paper cases.
2.Sift the self-raising flour, baking powder, and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl, and mix well with the ground hazelnuts.
3.Stir in the brown sugar, chocolate chips, and orange rind.
4.In another bowl, whisk together the grapeseed oil, eggs (or egg whites), orange juice, soymilk or yogurt, and orange marmalade (if using).
5.Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined.
6.Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centres comes out clean.
