Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 onion ( medium sized or chopped in 1-inch chunks )
1 bell pepper ( chopped in 1-inch chunks )
1 cup mushroom ( sliced )
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 orange ( cut into 8 wedges )

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder and salt together. Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts and set aside.
