1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

5 tablespoons honey

1 1/2 cups chopped savoy cabbage
1/4 cup plain raw almonds
1/8 cup chopped green onion
2 cups potatoes ( Any Type , Evenly Chopped )
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon seasoning salt

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large resealable plastic bag, combine chicken, orange juice, olive oil, ginger, garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, pepper flakes, salt, and orange peel. Seal bag and shake until chicken is evenly coated.
3.Heat a large skillet with vegetables oil over high heat. Place chicken in preheated skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes per side.
4.Mix honey and orange juice; brush over chicken.
5.Roast chicken in preheated oven until cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes.
6.In a large bowl, combine cabbage, almonds, and green onion.
7.Steam the potatoes for 10-15 minutes or until done, then add seasoning salt.
8.Add the potatoes to the cabbage mixture and stir to combine.
9.Serve the roast chicken hot with the warm honey and potato cabbage salad on the side.
