1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water , cold

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon water. Set aside.

3.In the same skillet, stir-fry scallions, garlic, ginger, and orange zest for 1-2 minutes.
4.Add carrots and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5.Add sugar snap peas and stir-fry for 1-2 more minutes.
6.Return beef to skillet and stir-fry until heated through.
7.Add soy sauce mixture to skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
