Ingredients

1 kg pork ham
4 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 orange
2 teaspoons cloves
2 tablespoons sweet and sour sauce

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
This Orange and Clove Roast Ham is a classic recipe that is always a winner for any special occasion or just a family dinner. Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a small bowl, mix together the orange marmalade, sweet and sour sauce, chipotle powder, ground black pepper, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon and honey.
3.Make several shallow slits in the pork ham and insert the cloves into each slit. Then, rub the pork ham with the mixed marinade.
4.Cut the orange into slices and place them on top of the pork ham.
5.Finally, sprinkle salt on the pork ham.
6.Place the prepared roast ham on a lightly greased baking sheet or a roasting pan and bake for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the ham reaches 145°F (63°C). Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
