Ingredients

1 chicken , cut up
chicken stock , enough to cover the chicken
1 large onion , diced
1 tablespoon Arabic seven spice
1 tablespoon cumin

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 cups long grain rice
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup pine nuts
parsley , for garnish

Instructions
