1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix parsley, water, lime juice, onions, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.

6.Fry the bhaji until golden brown and crispy, turning as needed to ensure even cooking.
7.Remove the bhaji from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
