Ingredients

12 lasagna noodles
2 baby zucchini
2 baby grey summer squash
2 baby summer squash
1 jar pasta sauce ( whatever your favorite is )
10 ounces mozzarella cheese , shredded

Instructions

1.Preheat oven at 375°F.
2.Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Once done, rinse with cold water and set aside.

5.Place three lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.

8.Repeat steps 5-7, making layers of noodles, sauce, vegetables and cheese until all ingredients have been used.
9.Top the lasagna with another layer of mozzarella cheese.
10.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
11.Let the lasagna rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
