Eggplant Parmigiana is a classic Italian dish that has been enjoyed for generations. Traditionally, it consists of breaded and fried eggplant topped with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. This version includes an unexpected ingredient: grape jelly. While it may seem odd, the sweetness of the jelly balances out the acidity of the tomato sauce and gives the dish a unique flavor. Whether you're looking for a tasty way to use up some excess eggplant or just want to try a new twist on a classic recipe, Olive Garden Eggplant (Aubergine) Parmigiana is a dish that will satisfy your cravings.
