1 cake yeast
1 cup water , lukewarm
1 package raisins
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
3 quarts flour , sifted

Instructions

12.Remove the pastries from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined cooling rack.
13.Dust the Oliekoeken with powdered sugar and serve warm.
