1/4 cup instant masa corn flour

Instructions

5.Heat canola oil in a large pot.
6.Take out chicken pieces from the salty lime water mixture and dry.
7.Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture, then coat them thoroughly in the spice mixture.
8.Place them in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
