Ingredients

4 fresh ripe medium avocados

2 small diced ripe tomatoes ( or Ro-Tel canned seasoned )
2 tablespoons minced green onions or 2 tablespoons red onions
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro leaves
2 chopped pickled jalapeno peppers ( or 1 teaspoon brine )
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice ( in place of lime juice )
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed Mexican oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
This guacamole recipe will kick up your Mexican-style dinner up a notch. Instructions

1.Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
2.Scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a bowl with the key lime juice, margarita salt, onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.
3.Mash the ingredients together with a fork or potato masher, leaving it slightly chunky.
4.Add the tomatoes, green onions/red onions, cilantro, jalapeno peppers/brine, lemon juice/lime juice, cumin, garlic powder, Mexican oregano, and black pepper to the mashed avocado mixture.
5.Mix the ingredients together until combined. Adjust salt and lime juice to taste.
6.Cover and refrigerate the guacamole for at least 30 minutes before serving.
