125 ml brandy
30 ml caster sugar
750 ml dry white wine
125 ml orange juice
250 ml crushed ice
750 ml pink champagne
250 ml lemonade
250 ml ginger ale
45 ml chopped fresh borage leaves
borage fresh edible flower ( to garnish )

Instructions

1.In a jug, mix together brandy and caster sugar
2.Add dry white wine and orange juice, and stir until sugar is dissolved
3.Add crushed ice and mix well
4.Add pink champagne, lemonade and ginger ale, and stir gently
5.Add chopped borage leaves and stir again
6.Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh borage flowers
