1 cup chopped cooked chicken

12 fresh green beans , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 small green bell pepper , cut into thin strips
1 small zucchini , cut into thin strips
3 eggs , lightly beaten
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup chicken stock
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Okonomiyaki is a popular Japanese dish that originated in the city of Osaka. It is often referred to as a Japanese pancake or pizza, but it is much thicker and more filling than both of those dishes. Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the chopped chicken, napa cabbage, shredded carrots, green onions, green beans, bell pepper, and zucchini.
2.In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, all-purpose flour, chicken stock, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and toasted sesame oil until well combined.
3.Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
4.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg and vegetable mixture. Spread it out evenly and cover with a lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
5.Flip the Okonomiyaki over carefully with the help of a spatula and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the other side is golden brown.
6.Transfer to a plate and serve with your choice of toppings such as tonkatsu sauce, mayo, green onions, and bonito flakes.
