1/2 piece scallion
100 g bok choy
50 g garlic chives
70 g canned tuna
1 tablespoon awamori
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
5 g dried bonito flakes ( katsuoboshi )
Somen Chanpuru is a traditional Okinawan dish that is popular in Japan and other parts of Asia. This noodle dish is made with somen noodles, which are thin wheat noodles. Instructions

1.Boil somen noodles for 3 minutes until al dente.
2.Rinse the noodles with cold water and drain.
3.Heat sesame oil in a wok or frying pan, sauté sliced okinawa island carrot, chopped scallion, and sliced bok choy for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add minced garlic chives and canned tuna into the pan, then stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
5.Add boiled somen noodles into the pan, together with awamori, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
6.Plate the noodles and sprinkle dried bonito flakes (katsuoboshi) on top. Enjoy!
