1 lb of fresh Baby Spinach ( rinsed , larger stems removed )
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
5 teaspoons lightly toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

1.Boil water in a pot and add spinach after cleaning and washing.
2.Cook for 2-3 minutes and rinse with cold water.
3.Squeeze spinach and chop it.
4.Mix soy sauce, sesame seeds, and water in a small bowl.
5.Pour the mixture over the spinach and toss well.
6.Serve cold.
