Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, 1 egg and salt with water, kneading well to form a smooth batter for dosa.

4.Fold the dosa on top of the stuffing, adding more oil if necessary. Cook on both sides until crispy and golden brown.
