1/2 cup freshly-sliced mushroom
1/2 cup julienne red onion
1 ounce Burgundy wine
4 ounces rice , pilaf
1 slice monterey jack cheese
1 piece kale ( fist size for garnish )
1 dash of chopped parsley , for garnish

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
2.In a large skillet, heat the salad oil over medium-high heat.
3.Add the minced garlic and marinated beef caps, and sprinkle with seasoning salt to taste. Saute for a few minutes until the beef is cooked through.
4.Add the sliced mushrooms and julienne red onion to the skillet, and continue to cook until the vegetables are tender.
5.Add the Burgundy wine to the skillet, and let it cook down for a few minutes.
6.Remove the skillet from heat.
7.In a separate baking dish, place the rice pilaf on the bottom of the dish.
8.Top the rice with the beef and vegetable mixture from the skillet, spreading it out evenly.
