1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon mixed spice ( Scottish Mixed Spice )
1 large egg , well beaten
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Grease and line an 8-inch square cake tin.
