Instructions

1.Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2.Add sesame seeds and dry roast them for 3 to 4 minutes or until the seeds release their aroma and turn golden brown.
3.Once done, transfer them to a plate and let them cool.
4.In the same skillet, add sesame oil and red chile peppers and fry until the peppers turn crispy.
5.Once done, transfer them to a paper towel and let them cool.
6.Grind the cooled sesame seeds, roasted red chile peppers, and salt into a fine powder using a grinder or food processor.
7.Store the powder in an airtight container and it is ready to serve.
