Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 20cm x 30cm cake pan with baking paper.
2.In a bowl, combine the flours, walnut pieces, and caster sugar. Mix well.
3.Add the melted butter and mix until combined. Press the mixture into the base of the prepared pan.
4.Sprinkle the coconut over the top of the base and press down firmly.
5.Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
6.In a separate bowl, mix the melted milk chocolate, melted butter, and water until smooth.
7.Add the remaining walnut pieces, dry roasted peanuts, pink marshmallows, and chopped glace cherries. Mix until well combined.
8.Pour the chocolate mixture over the cooled base and spread evenly.
9.Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
