Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced).

4.Place the walnut pieces, macadamia nuts, and pepitas into a large mixing bowl and pour over the maple syrup and cinnamon mixture.
5.Toss the nuts and seeds until they are evenly coated in the maple syrup mixture.
6.Spread the coated nut and seed mixture out onto the prepared baking tray.
7.Bake the nut and seed mixture in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
8.Once cooked, remove the baking tray from the oven and allow the nut and seed mixture to cool on the tray.
9.Once cool, add the craisins and dried mango to the nut and seed mixture, and toss until well combined.
