Instructions

1.Take one spring roll wrapper and cut it into 4 even squares.
2.Place one slice of banana in the center of each square.

4.Fold the wrapper diagonally over the banana and press the edges together to seal.
5.Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer on medium-high heat.

7.Using a slotted spoon, remove the banana nuggets from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
8.Sprinkle icing sugar over the banana nuggets before serving.
