Ingredients

3 -4 lbs beef , lots of it . I buy the Costco packs 3-4 lbs
4 -5 carrots , depending on size
2 white onions
1 red bell pepper
3 garlic cloves , chopped
2 large jalapenos ( I keep the seeds ) ( optional )
1 tomato bouillon cubes or 2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 - 1/2 cup water ( you decide )
olive oil
2 bottles beer , you like
sea salt & pepper

Instructions

1.Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

8.Add the carrots and continue to simmer until the carrots are cooked through.
9.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
