Ingredients

6 large boiled potatoes

Instructions

1.Peel the cooked potatoes and mash in a large mixing bowl.

5.Add the mustard and mix well.
6.Take a spoonful of the potato mixture and form it into a patty.
7.Make an indentation in the middle of the patty and spoon a little bit of the ham mixture in the middle.
8.Cover the filling with more potato mixture and shape into a patty once again.
9.Heat vegetable oil and butter in a pan on medium heat.
10.Fry the patties on each side for about 3-5 minutes.
11.Serve hot with a dollop of tomato sauce on top.
