Ingredients

4 ounces angel hair pasta ( I used 4 packets of ramen noodles )
12 ounces beef sirloin steaks or 12 ounces beef top round steak
3/4 cup beef broth
3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
4 cups sliced bok choy or 4 cups baby bok choy
1 medium red onion , cut into thin wedges
2 medium sweet red peppers , cut into julienne strips
