Ingredients

1 lb cooked noodles
2 lbs cooked ground beef
3 large onions , chopped
garlic , salt & pepper to taste
1 can tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans tamales
1 can creamed corn
1 can pitted black olives ( use the liquid )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a large skillet, cook the onions and garlic over medium heat for 5 minutes.
3.Add in the cooked ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and stir.
4.Drain any excess grease from the skillet before adding the tomato paste, tamales, tomato sauce, creamed corn, and black olives with liquid. Mix well.
5.In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spread 1/2 of the noodles onto the bottom. Cover the noodles with 1/2 of the beef mixture.
6.Repeat the layering process with the remaining noodles and beef mixture.
7.Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
8.Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
