3 lbs lean ground turkey
6 eggs ( or egg beater equivalent )
2 -3 teaspoons salt
1 bottle romano cheese ( generous half a cup )
3 cups Italian breadcrumbs
3 bottles tomato sauce

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, eggs, salt, romano cheese and breadcrumbs.
2.Mix well and shape the mixture into equally sized meatballs.
3.In a large saucepan, heat tomato sauce over medium heat.
4.Add meatballs to the pan once the sauce begins to simmer.
5.Cover the pan with a lid and allow the meatballs to cook for around 30 minutes until fully cooked.
