Ingredients

8 ounces mushrooms , dried

2 garlic cloves , thinly sliced
8 heads bok choy , baby sized halved lengthwise
1 medium romaine lettuce , cut into 1-inch pieces ( about 8 cups )

Instructions

1.Soak dried mushrooms in hot water for 20 minutes, then drain and cut into thin strips.
2.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, shaoxing wine (or dry sherry), and sugar, then set aside.
3.Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced ginger and sliced garlic, and stir-fry for 10 seconds, or until fragrant.
