1 garlic clove , minced

1/4 cup cornstarch
2 green onions , thinly sliced
1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot , slivered

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
2.Mix soy sauce, dry sherry, minced gingerroot, minced garlic, and vegetable oil in a small bowl.

4.Pour soy sauce mixture over wings and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
