1/2 pound extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 package sodium-reduced taco seasoning
2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
2 cups shredded Tex Mex cheese blend

Instructions

1.In a large deep skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef and onion together until the beef is fully cooked.
2.Add taco seasoning and stir to combine.
3.Next, mix in crushed tomatoes and 1 3/4 cups of water. Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
4.Stir in uncooked NO YOLKS® Noodles and return to a boil.
5.Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the noodles are tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
6.Turn off the heat and sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Cover and let sit for 1-2 minutes or until cheese has melted.
