Ingredients

2 tablespoons lite olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

2 garlic cloves , crushed
2 lbs pork tenderloin ( trim off any fat and cut into 3/4-inch cubes or smaller for appetizers )
1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt or 1 1/2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 large tomatoes , seeded and diced

Instructions

1.In a bowl, whisk the olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, black pepper, rosemary and garlic.

3.In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt, green onions and parsley.
4.Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat.
