PROS

No-Brainer Taco Soup is incredibly easy to make and can be whipped up in just a matter of minutes using common ingredients you likely already have in the pantry.

This soup is also hearty and filling, making it a great meal on its own or a perfect option for lunch leftovers.

CONS

This soup can be fairly high in sodium, so be careful if you’re keeping track of your salt intake.

Also, while it’s undeniably tasty, it’s not the most nutritionally-dense meal out there.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

While this soup isn’t exactly a health food, it does contain protein from the ground beef, and the inclusion of corn and diced tomatoes adds a small amount of vitamins and fiber to the mix. Additionally, this soup is gluten-free (so long as you check that the taco seasoning is gluten-free as well).
