200 g flour
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

2.Gradually add water to the mixture and knead it into a hard dough.
3.Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and let it sit for 5-7 minutes before cutting it into diamond shapes.
4.Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once hot, add the diamond-shaped dough pieces and fry until they turn golden brown.
5.Remove the fried Nimki from the pan and let it cool before serving.
