1/2 teaspoon peppercorn
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 onion , sliced
2 celery ribs , sliced
1 small carrot , peeled & sliced
2 russet potatoes , peeled & chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 napa cabbage , washed & sliced
